- All prices are quoted based on customization requirements and order quantity
- Full or partial advance payment may be required before production
- For corporate clients, payment terms may be agreed separately
4. Production & Delivery
- Production timelines vary depending on order size and complexity
- Estimated delivery timelines are provided but may vary due to unforeseen circumstances
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers
5. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final
- Returns or refunds are not applicable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error from our side
- Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

- All logos, designs, and content provided by clients remain their property
- By submitting designs, clients confirm they have the legal right to use them

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has started
